Very friendly staff at c/I and c/o.. great location . Great value.. rooms were huge and exceptionally clean.. the balcony was a great bonus.. hallways smelled fresh.. will be coming back soon💜

Excellent stay! Clean and quiet. Room had private balcony. Had a Kurig coffee machine in the room. Was able to wake up have coffee and smoke on the balcony. Very relaxing. Supper close the St. Louis Zoo. I stayed two nights and would do it again.

No cleaning of the room. No new coffee. When you ask for cleaning the room : no new toilet paper. No new paper handkerchief. No cleaning of the floor and the tables. It’s not professional I asked for a kettle : no only one kettle in the hotel. The electronic key didn’t work. This hotel is ok but not a the right level of service.
